Ingredients
  

  • 400 G Spaghetti
  • 5 Italian Sausages ( Mild Or Spicy )
  • 400 G Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 Cloves Of Garlic Minced
  • 1 Onion Finely Chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt And Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Take a large skillet , heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat and cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked for about about 7-10 minutes. Transfer the sausage to another plate
  • Use the same skillet and add the remaining olive oil then Sauté the chopped onions , minced garlic, red pepper flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • For sauce preparation you have to Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, and basil to the skille and Stir everything together, then let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Then Return the cooked sausage to the skillet with the sauce and Toss everything together so that sausage is well coated in the sauce then Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to combine, if you need thin consistency you need add pasta water to it.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Now your spaghetti with sausage is ready to eat!!!
