For The Patties
- 1 Ib Ground Beef ( 80/20 Blend )
- 1/4 Tsp Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Butter
For The Burger Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Dill Pickle
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 4 soft Burger Buns ( Brioche Or Potato )
- 4 Slice American Cheese
- Topping ( Lettuce , Tomato , Pickles , Onions )
Take a ground beef and loosely form a balls and refrigerate for atleast 10-15 minutes.
Prepare your burger sauce, In a small bowl, mix the mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles and a touch of vinegar.
Heat the griddle over high heat, place your meatballs with square sheet of parchment paper and pressed them with burger press. Smash as thin as possible (near about 1/4inch). Now sprinkle the salt and pepper.
Allow the patty to cook for about 1-2 minutes. Add a slice of cheese whole burger finishes cooking.
Toast your burger buns with butter and layer them with prepared burger sauce then place the cheesy patty over them and add your favourite pickle, onices and lettuce.
Gently press the burger and serve with crispy fries, rings or whatever you want.
