Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
Take a medium bowl ,whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger combined the ingredients well.
In an another mixing bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until it becomes smooth and well combined. Gradually incorporated the dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Don't overmix the batter.
Divide the batter evenly in cupcake liners. filling each about 2/3 full and Bake it for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Take a bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until it becomes smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, and beat until fully combined and fluffy.
Then add the vanilla extract and, few drops of orange food coloring mix it well.
once the cupcakes are completely cool, then pipe or spread the cream cheese frosting on top of each one. You can use black frosting to draw spiderwebs or jack-o’-lantern faces, sprinkle some edible glitter, or top with Halloween-themed candies. Your pumpkin cupcakes are ready to serve!
