Seasonings
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Salt And Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
Cheese
- 2 Cups Provolone Cheese (Shredded)
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Optional For Extra flavor)
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over the medium heat then add the thinly sliced steaks and break them into small pieces. Cook your steaks until it becomes browned.
Here is the best part, which is seasonings. Add your favorite seasonings, like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Now put all this aside or make a circle in the middle and melt a tablespoon of butter and sauté the diced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms then mix everything together.
On the other hand, cook the pasta according to package instructions but make sure to cook it until it's al dente, then drain it and let it sit aside.
Take a saucepan, and make a roux by adding butter and flour. Then slowly pour the chicken broth or beef broth and heavy cream or milk and let them simmer for 2-3 minutes. Melt the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese.
Pour this cheese sauce into the vegetable/beef mixture and cooked pasta then gently mix everything and cook for 2-3 minutes to incorporate well. Garnish your creamy pasta with freshly chopped parsley.
1) Don't like provolone? Feel free to swap with cheddar cheese or pepper jack for a unique as well as flavorful twist.
2) For a gluten-free version, you have to use whole grain or gluten-free pasta. And gluten-free flour for roux.
3) Other than seasonings, you've got to use onion soup mix as well. While browning the
ground beef, sprinkle a tablespoon of soup mix to enhance the flavor of the beef. It makes your process easy.
