Oreo Truffles With Cream Cheese No Bake Recipe

This Oreo truffles with cream cheese are an easy, no-bake dessert made by simply mixing crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese. Then the mixture is rolled into bite-sized balls , chilled, and then dipped in melted chocolate for a smooth, decadent coating. They’re simple to make and a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 36 Oreo Cookies
  • 8 Ounce Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 Cups Melted Chocolate
  • 1 Cup Crushed Oreos
  • 1 Cup Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Finely Crushed your Oreo cookies into food processor if you don't have then you'll need to place the cookies in zip lock bag and crushed then using rolling pin .
  • Transfer the crust into mixing bowl and add cream cheese into it. Combined until the mixture becomes soft and moldable.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture (about a tablespoon each) and roll them into balls using your hands and Place each truffle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Continue until all the mixture is used up. You should get around 30-36 truffles. Pop the tray of Oreo balls into the freezer for about 15-20 minutes
  • Take a bowl and Melt the chocolate by using microwave or double boiler method. Once the truffles are chilled and the chocolate is melted, then carefully dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using fork. make sure it’s fully coated.
  • Decorate your no bake Oreo truffles with sprinkles , drizzle chocolate over the balls and whatever you want. Now your truffles are ready to eat!! Enjoy your sweet, delicious treat.

Notes

1) Make sure your truffles are chilled before dipping them in chocolate. This helps them stay intact and makes the process much easier.
2) If you want to take these truffles up a notch, you can add a little extract to the cream cheese mixture. Vanilla or peppermint extract can add an extra layer of flavor.
3) If your melted chocolate is too thick, add a small spoonful of coconut oil or vegetable shortening to thin it out. This helps create a smoother, shinier coating on the truffles and makes them easier to dip.
4) Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature before mixing. This will make it easier to blend with the Oreo crumbs and create a smooth, consistent texture for your truffles.
5) If your mixture feels too soft to roll into balls, pop it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. This will firm up the mixture, making it easier to handle and shape into perfect truffles.
