- 8 oz Linguini Pasta
- 1 1/2 or 2 Ibs Shrimp Medium Peeled And Deveined
- 5-6 Large Cloves Of Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Shrimp Stock
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2-3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes Crushed
- 2-3 Cups Heavy Cream
- 6 oz Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tsp Salt And Pepper To Taste
Boil a pot of salted water. Cook the linguini pasta according to package instructions, usually it takes 8-10 minutes then drain and let aside.
While the cooking the pasta, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Then Add the shrimp and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
After cooking, Remove shrimp from the pan and let aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter over the medium heat then add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. You've to add cheese and gradually whisk in the another grated Parmesan cheese until your sauce thickens for about 3- 5 minutes.
Season the mixture with black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning, Stir occasionally to avoid lumps and everything will be well combined.
