Garlic Cheesy Bread Recipe

My garlic cheesy bread recipe is the combination of a crispy, golden bread base with a rich mixture of melted cheese, butter, and garlic. Simply spread the butter garlic mixture on the slices of bread add more cheese then bake. And enjoy your side dish !

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf Of French Bread ( Cut In Half Lengthwisel )
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter ( Softened )
  • 5 Garlic Cloves ( Minced )
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley ( Chopped )
  • 1 Tsp Salt And Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This will ensure that the garlic bread is perfectly toasted and the cheese melts evenly.
  • Melt your butter in a small saucepan over low heat or zap it in the microwave until it’s completely liquefied. Then, stir in your finely minced garlic. The heat of the butter will slightly cook the garlic.
  • Grab a brush or just use a spoon and generously coat each half of the bread with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Layer your cheese over the buttered bread and Sprinkle some parsley or Italian herbs over the cheese. Pop the bread into the preheated oven, directly on the rack if you want it extra crispy.
  • let it bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and starting to turn golden. Once your garlic cheesy bread is out of the oven, let it cool for just a minute. Then slice it up. If you have bread knife then it is perfect for slicing. Garnish with some parsley and 1basil. Your garlic cheesy bread is ready to serve!!
