Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb Unsalted Butter , Softened Soften
  • 16 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips (2 and 1/2 Cups By Measuring Cup) Divided
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Instant Coffee Granules ( 6.2 Grams )
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 and 1/4 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 and 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts For Garnishing And Extra flavour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven about 350°F
  • Place the saucepan over low heat and melt the butter with 2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips you can choose any chocolate like milk, dark chocolate, etc ), continue stir the batter until it mix well together and let the mixture cool for 15 min.
  • Take a large mixing bowl add 4 Eggs add granulated sugar, instant coffee granules, add vegetable oil ,vanilla extract and whisk the mixture together until it's really well combined you con med beater as well.
  • Now it's time to add dry ingredients in our brownie mixture add all purpose flour, unsalted cocoa powder, baking powder and salt fold them together. You can used spatula to mix the batter well.
  • Mix the all ingredients until they combined transfer the batter into your pan.
  • Bake the batter at 350° P for 30-35 minutes Check your brownie after 30 minutes baking then  poke a toothpick into center of the brownie and it'll comes out with little bit of mist crumble are attached to toothpick.
  • Once you remove from the oven let them cool for some time until they are nearly about at room temperature. 

Notes

1) Make sure to used dark chocolate to give the deep, rich flavour. The dark chocolate has. 70-75% content of cocoa.         
 
2) Don't overmix your batter. Overmixing gives the cakey texture and don't forget that we want fudgy texture.so mixed the batter until just ingredients becomes well combined.
 
3) Secret tip I'll share with you that ,before you bake let the batter rest into refrigerator for 20-25min. This can helps to make your Brownie more fudgier and dense.
 
4) You can add few amount of sour cream in your mixture it gives moisture and slightly tangy taste to your fudgy brownie.
