Eggs benedict is a classic breakfast recipe which combines english muffin topped with a slice of canadian bacon, poached eggs and rich, creamy hollandaise sauce. Must try this heavenly bite for your breakfast.

  • 1 Heatproof Bowl

Ingredients
  

For The Eggs Benedict

  • 4 English Muffins (Split And Toasted)
  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 8 Canadian Bacon ( Slices )
  • 2 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt And Pepper

For The Hollandaise Sauce

  • 3 Large Egg Yolks
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter ( Melted And Slightly Cooled )
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper And Salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the hollandaise sauce and poached eggs as we instructed. Toast the English muffins until they become golden brown.
  • Heat the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until it is warm or to your choice of texture.
  • Now, assemble your benedict by placing a slice of Canadian bacon on each half of the toasted muffins.
  • Carefully place a poached egg on the top of the bacon and spoon the sauce over the eggs. Sprinkle the chopped parsley for a pop of color.

Notes

1) Constantly whisk the egg yolks while preparing the sauce it helps to prevent curdling and give firm texture to sauce.
2) Don't forget to create a whirlpool before adding the eggs for a perfect poached egg.
3) Lightly spread the butter over muffins to add flavor, but make sure the muffins aren't soggy.
