- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter

Take a separate bowl and whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until you have a smooth, thick batter. Don't overmix the batter , as this can make the donuts dense.
If your batter is soft or more liquid then place it in a piping bag and Pipe the batter directly into a circle onto parchment paper.
If you're frying the donuts, you can shape the dough by hand or pipe it into donut molds. Or For baking, spoon the batter into a greased donut pan or mold. Make sure each mold is about 2/3 full to allow the donuts to rise.
Once your Donuts become ready then You can dust the donuts with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, or dip them in a glaze made from powdered sugar and milk and Add sprinkles or chocolate drizzle for extra fun. Your donuts with pancake mix is ready to eat!!
1) Make sure to add a splash of vanilla extract or almond extract; it enhances the flavor and gives the donuts a more homemade taste. Definately try this.
2) Don't overmix your batter. Over mixing the pancake mix can make the donuts tough. You have to stir the batter until just combined to keep them light and fluffy.
3) If you want an extra light and airy texture, use sparkling water, soda, or club soda in place of regular water. This adds bubbles to the batter, making the donuts fluffier. But used in basic proportion.
4) Instead of regular sugar, sweeten the batter with a little maple syrup for a unique flavor that pairs wonderfully with donuts with pancake mix.
5) If you’re using a gluten-free pancake mix, be sure to add a binder like an extra egg to help hold the donuts together better.
