Coffee Brownies Recipe

- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Strong Brewed Coffee ( Or Espresso )
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line the 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Take a bowl, add the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and espresso until it becomes smooth.
At this point, you have to add your coffee and stir your dry ingredients into wet ingredients. For a chocolatey twist, add your chopped chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour the brownie batter into prepared baking pan and bake for atleast 20-25 minutes. Once they done, let them cool completely and cut into bite-sized squares by using sharp knife.
