- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 And 1/4 Cups Warm Water Around 110°F or 45°C
- 3 And 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour For White Sauce
- 1 And 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt And Pepper
- 1 And 1/2 Cups Chicken Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 Small Onion Thinly Sliced
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Spinach Leaves
Activate the Yeast In small bowl , In a another large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt then Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until the dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour (until doubled in size)
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until smooth then Gradually whisk in milk and cook until the sauce thickens. Add Parmesan, garlic powder ,salt, and pepper, stirring until the cheese melts now your sauce is ready !!
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and transfer to a pizza pan. Spread the white sauce evenly over the dough and Add cooked chicken and any other toppings you like then Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and oregano/Italian seasoning on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and your chicken pizza with white sauce is ready to eat!!
