For The Chicken
- 2 Large Chicken Breasts Boneless And Skinless
- Salt And Pepper To Season The Chicken
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Large Eggs Beaten
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- Vegetable Oil For Frying
For The Sandwich
- 1 Cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 4 Hoagie Rolls ( Sandwich Bread )
- Butter Or Garlic Butter For Toasting The Bread
Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper and use the rolling pin to pound them to an even thickness. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper or seasonings.
Set up the breading station in three bowls; in the first bowl, add the flour. In the second one, add beaten eggs, and in the third one, add the mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
Dip each chicken piece in flour and shake off the excess. Then add in beaten eggs; make sure it's fully coated. And press into the breadcrumbs mixture.
