- 296 g Banana Overripe Banana
- 3 L Egg
- 150 ml Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 1/2 Cup Fashioned Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- Chocolate Chips For Garnish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
Take a blender ..add old-fashioned oats - 1 1⁄2 cup (120 g),half cup of coconut sugar(you can use any granulated sugar), 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons of baking Powder & quarter teaspoon of salt finely blend this dry mixture
Add bananas(make sure your banana should be overripe), Eggs ,milk & Blend the mixture for about 60 seconds...mix until your batter looks smooth..
prepare your muffins try with paper liners Pour the batter into it. we will add some chocolate chips into it..& add few oats & chocolate chip for garnishing your Muffins
bake the muffins to 350° F for about 25 minutes.
now remove the tray from the oven & muffins is ready to eat.
•You can store the muffins in air tight container for upto 2-3 weeks.. if you want to freeze. then you can freze upto 3 months.
•After the freezing you'll reheat for 10min and Enjoy the classic and tasty muffins. Make sure your banana should be overripe..it will easily mash as well as it act as a natural sweetner in it.
•Finely blend your oats because it gives Smooth texture to the mixture Underbake your muffins so they will get slightly fluffier than normal.
•Don't overmix you batter it may leads to reduce the effectiveness of baking powder.
