  • Set up the breading station in three bowls; in the first bowl, add the flour. In the second one, add beaten eggs, and in the third one, add the mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each chicken piece in flour and shake off the excess. Then add in beaten eggs; make sure it's fully coated. And press into the breadcrumbs mixture.
  • Heat about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until they're fully cooked.
