When I making Oreo cheesecake, I find the process rewarding. The crushed Oreos in the crust and filling create a lovely contrast with the smooth cream cheese. First of all I’ll introduce the ingredients of this recipe.
Oreo cookies –Oreo cookies are the main ingredient of the Oreo cheesecake recipe. They are used for preparing the cake crust. I have used a full family pack packet for this cake (at least 24 cookies).
Butter –It acts as adhesive for the cake base. We will use unsalted butter because it allows you to have more control over the overall salt content of the cheesecake .
Granulated sugar –It act as a sweetening agent in our Oreo cheesecake. It helps to balance the flavours as well as it provides the proper structure. granulated sugar helps to retain the moisture and your cake should be moist.
Cream cheese – Specially suggest Philadelphia cream cheese.. this is perfect for cheesecakes. It provides the rich, creamy and smooth texture. you can used according to your choices but make sure to used full fat cream cheese.
Heavy cream –It gives Smooth texture and helps to achieve the desirable consistency to your cheesecake. Heavy cream helps to balance the sweetness specially with our Oreo cookies.
Vanilla extract –Vanilla extract gives pleasant and strong aroma to our delicious cake .This is also known as classic flavour agent in baked items.
What is the difference between Baked and No baked

Baked cheesecake specially contains eggs it gives creamier texture to the recipe and no baked cheesecake contains whipped cream instead of eggs it gives softer and fluffier texture to cheesecake. No baked Cheesecake has slightly shorter shelf life than baked one.
Cheesecake without sour cream
It’s not always necessary that you should prepare cheesecake with sour cream topping. and I feel it can detract from the cream cheese flavor.

Yes, it is important to used full fat cream cheese. It gives rich and creamy texture. Full fat cream cheese provides best consistency which makes your cheesecake smooth and firm. How I make this special dessert?
Prepare the crust –
• Take the Oreo cookies. Use the food processor or make the crust with the help of a large ziplock bag and Make it fine then add a 1/4 cup of butter to it and mix it as you like.Â
• Take the mold/springform pan. Put butter paper in it. then add the crust mixture into the springform pan/mold and Let the mixture set in the mold. You can use the bottom of the glass to press it into mold.  Now keep this mixture in the refrigerator for some time to set.
Prepare the cheesecake filling –
• We are preparing Oreo Cheesecake without sour cream, so we will add Philadelphia Cream Cheese to it. Add cream cheese in a bowl and then beat it. Add vanilla extract or powdered sugar to it. (You should use original vanilla extract.)Mixed these ingredients well with the help of a beater.
 • Take another bowl and beat the heavy cream in it until it forms stiff peaks. Then add this heavy cream mixture to our cream cheese mixture and mixed it well. This Oreo cheesecake recipe is based on the topping of oreo; so, we will add finely chopped Oreo pieces to it to enhance the taste.
• Now it’s time to arrange our crust and filling. The crust that we kept in the fridge to set… Use it now and set our oreo filling on top of the crust with the help of a spatula and spread it evenly on the crust.
Add some oreo pieces on top. Our recipe is no-bake cheesecake, so we will keep it refrigerated for 5 to 6 hrs.After being refrigerated, even slices will be cut. our homemade cheesecake is ready to serve.

- Arrange the crust and filling. set our Oreo filling on top of the crust. add some Oreo pieces on top And keep it refrigerated for 5 to 6 hrs. After being refrigerated, even slices will be cut and serve the no baked Oreo cheesecake.

Ans: Philadelphia cream cheesecake is lighter than the new york style . Both are delicious in taste .new-york style cheesecake richer due more cheese content. philadelphia cheesecake sweeter than the new-york style cheesecake.
2)For how long can we store Cheesecake??
Ans: Near about 5 to 7 days we can store cheesecake into refrigerator. We can store in freezer up to 1 to 2 months(for freezing, wrap the cheesecake in plastic and aluminium foil then place it into freeze-safe container)
3)How do you know when Oreo cheesecake is done??
Ans: When it is perfectly freeze it should be shiny and firm to the touch. don’t be over freeze your cake .If you have kitchen thermometer then check the internal temperature of your Cheesecake to reach around 150°F..make sure our Cheesecake should be slightly puffer around the edges.. Ans: Make sure you’ll used the ingredients is at room temperature before mixing. Don’t overmix your batter and let it be cool gradually. Over mixing causes cracks in your cheesecake
