Prepare the hamburger steak :-
- Take a bowl , add ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper then Mix the ingredients until it well combined.
- Make a patties of this mixture. You can make 4 even patties of this mixture. Then heat the Butter in large skillet over the medium heat and cook the patties or hamburger steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Until it turns to browned then Remove the patties from the skillet and set them aside.
Make the gravy :-
- In same skillet , add 1 tbsp of butter and add slices Onions and mushrooms and cook until it becomes soften make sure to saute about 5-7 minutes. Then pour the beef broth , Worcestershire sauce and combined it well.
- In another small bowl, add the flour or if you’re using cornstart then add it with a bit of water to form a smooth paste, then slowly stir it into the gravy and let it simmer for for atleast 5 minutes until it becomes thick. If you want extra flavour season with salt , pepper and parsley.

- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Medium Onion ( thinly Sliced )
- 8 oz Mushrooms Sliced
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Flour ( Or Cornstarch )
- 1/2 Tsp Salt And Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Parsley
Instructions
- In a bowl , add ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper then Mix the ingredients until it well combined.
- Make the patties of the mixture and heat the butter in a large skillet over the medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes. Then let it aside.
- In same skillet , add 1 tbsp of butter and add slices Onions and mushrooms and cook until it becomes fragrant for atleast 5-7 minutes. And pour the beef broth , Worcestershire sauce and combined it well.
- Take a small bowl, add the flour with bit of water make a smooth paste like textur and slowly stir the paste in the gravy. Let it simmer for 5 minutes or until it becomes thicken.
